Outlook File Error Message

Hi, I save Outlook message files on my hard drive. When I select a .msg file a always receive an error message and often Directoy Opus freezes.

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request...." Outlook is the default mail client. If Opus does not freeze, I press OK and then I can open the file directly.

I can send a screen shot if needed.

Does that happen from a single click to select the files (with the viewer open?), or do you mean you're double clicking the files to open them?

What happens when you double click the same files in File Explorer?
