Is it normal behavior or I'm doing something wrong?
Those folders don't function like normal directories, and need to be handled specially in addition to most of what Opus has to offer not applying to them.
As a result, we delegate them to the Windows shell, and that doesn't provide any way to customize the colors of things it handles.
(We might do custom views for those things in the future, but it's a large amount of work for very little benefit.)
