Partial match feature IS case sensitive for non english

Partial match feature of filter box IS case sensitive for non English (at least Russian) characters. It is so disappointing.

This is a user forum, so you should make sure to report the problem directly to to GPSoftware at http://www.gpsoft.com.au/Support.html. They sometimes read the posts here, but this way you could make sure they're aware of the issue.

Looks like fixed in 10.0.5 version.
