I read in the button toolbar forum that there's an option in preferences/Misc/Misc. that allow to paste clipboard image as jpeg and not as bmp... but i can't find that option.
Did it move or am i blind ?
Check under File Operations/General.
Choose between BMP/GIF/JPG/PNG.
