PDF Opening from Opus

I have been using Opus for over a year now. I started using Bluebeam Revu 21 for viewing PDF's for about a year as well. Recently, I found I am unable to open PDF's properly from Opus, with Bluebeam.

  1. Double clicking on a PDF from within Opus, Bluebeam opens but none of the pages display.
  2. Right clicking on a PDF from within Opus and selecting open with Bluebeam, same scenario.
  3. Right clicking on a PDF from within Opus and selecting open with Microsoft Edge, it works.
  4. Double clicking on a PDF from my Desktop, Bluebeam opens normally and everything works.
  5. Right clicking on a PDF from within Opus and selecting Choose Default Program, then clicking on Bluebeam (which is already shown as default app), the file opens normally in Bluebeam.

I have tried some basic troubleshooting. Does anyone have a suggestion of what I might be doing wrong? Everything used to work normally, and it's stopped recently.

Which versions of Opus and Windows are you using?

Windows: Windows 11 Pro; Version 24H2
Opus: Directory Opus 13.16.6 (Beta) [This was installed on July 1, so it was also happening on the version prior to the update which was 13.16.5 (Beta)]

I have essentially the same setup on a different computer and am not experiencing the same issue on the other computer. The computer that's having issues is a:

Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet
Processor: Snapdragon X 12-core X1E80100

I haven't tried reinstalling either Opus or Bluebeam yet.
