I'm running DOpus 9.5.6.0.3937 on Win 7 x64. And have Acrobat Reader X installed, which I think I've read elsewhere in this forum is 32 bit only?
Anyhow, I'm not seeing thumbnails for PDFs in my listers.
I've run the fix from Leo's site: pretentiousname.com/adobe_pdf_x64_fix/ and this has made the thumbnails appear in Explorer but not in DOpus. I got the impression this would make them appear in DOpus as well.
Is there something I'm missing or do I have to wait until Adobe comes up with a 64 bit version of Acrobat Reader?
What software do you have associated with PDF files?
While you do need Reader to generate thumbnails, usually, if you have something else set up to open PDFs on double click, for example, thumbnails don't always generate.
I know this from bitter experience. I prefer to use PDF Converter to work on PDFs. If that is the default PDF handler, no thumbnails.
You could use Tracker Software "PDFXChangeViewer" as your default Viewer. The newest Version supports Thumbnails, installs as native 64-Bit Software and should also work with DOpus 9.
