Persistent Full Screen Mode for OPUS

Putting objects on the program header makes it feel like a fullscreen program.
This being a file manager that replaces windows explorer, its nicer when it looks like a windowed program.

Windows explorer is a "program", but not really. It's the base usage of the computer, dating back to when operating systems upgraded beyond dos. So making it appear to be in the same category as programs, which closely resemble plugins in a host, shouldn't look like the same thing as the host itself, imo.

I think in that case the program could be configured to always drag when the middle or right mouse button is clicked and held on the title bar (or where the title bar would normally be).
