I have a laptop computer that i put Opus on and it pinned to the taskbar with no problem.
On my desktop computer, when i try to pin it to the taskbar, i don't have that option. The only option i have is to (Close this program).
Someone please tell me how to correct this problem
I don't ever remember seeing an option to pin Opus to the taskbar. Windows provides ways to pin programs to the start menu but the taskbar is a new one on me. I just drag and drop the programs I want to be on my taskbar (and then I lock it).
(Note, just saw Leo's post, no wonder I've never seen that option since I haven't seen Windows 7 yet)
@John
If you haven't already done so, try Taskbar Shuffle .
It does take some time to adjust to, but in time you may find more of its settings very useful.
Get it now before Windows 7 is released.
Thanks Dave (are you THE Dave I know from the upper midwest of the USA?) but I'm using True Launch Bar to manage my taskbar which only has 4 small icons.

This program is not windows 7 ready[/quote]
There's no reason to use/want Taskbar Shuffle on Windows 7 since everything it does is built into the OS now (finally!).
I put the the opus shortcut there, but the icon does not stay pinned. When I exit the program or restart my computer the icon is not on the taskbar. Do you have anyother ideas?
