Position Labels in Dynamic Button Menus

I wish to be able to set apart the positioning of labels in favorites vs favorite branches. (This may also count for other types of dynamic menus, etc.)

I want the labels in my favorites toolbar to stay below the icons. But in favorite branches, I want the labels positioned on the right side of the icons. Can't find a way of doing that. Is there a way, already?

We'll make it do that automatically in the next version.

(I can't see any/many people wanting different label positions in sub-menus, but if anyone complains about the change then we can add a new argument or checkbox somewhere that reverts to the old behavior.)
