I like the ability to zoom a lister down to a neat little mini-bar that can be placed somewhere handy on the desktop without taking up a lot of room. If a lister is zoomed down, and the resulting mini-bar is placed near the bottom of the display, then restored, and then zoomed down again, the mini-bar does not return to where it was placed. It appears to get positioned such that when next restored the base of the restored window aligns with the top of the windows START bar, assuming that the START bar is visible at the bottom of the screen.
If the mini-bar is placed near the top of the display, and assuming the restored lister fits comfortably within the bounds of the display, then a restore followed by a zoom down repositions the mini-bar back to where it was.
This inconsistent behaviour looks like a bug to me? I'm happy to report as such unless it is working as designed, in which case I'll propose an option to override.
