I have never seen or tried to post a video on this forum.
Here is an attempt by simple paste just like i do with images.
Preview suggests it will not work but let us see....
Should it?
Or should I use the Upload facility?

FYI the video was a 700K mp3 file.
I think because I answered my own post I do not have a button to mark this reply as the solution.
If anyone is inclined please oblige.... 
Drag-and-drop works fine as well. Just place the cursor at the right insert position before you drop.
