Power view not working (hidden)

i've recently noticed that the power view button isn't showing, but when customising it appears? i've only noticed this missing in 13.9.4 (Beta) Build 8987 x64

Power Mode

• Toolbar and menu buttons that switch into Power Mode are now hidden by default, as the mode is esoteric and has confused a lot of people.If you use Power Mode, please turn on Preferences / File Display Modes / Power Mode / Display Power mode toolbar buttons to restore the buttons.
