PowerToys viewer crashes on Matlab .m files

With a viewer pane open, when I click on a Matlab.m files (really just a text file) I get the following error:

The crash is coming from one of the PowerToys preview handlers, not Opus.

They seem to be quite garbage, based on a number of reports.

Most disappointing is that the markdown previewer refuses to show images.

For what it's worth, copying System.IO.Abstractions.dll from C:\Program Files\PowerToys\Settings to C:\Program Files\PowerToys\modules\FileExplorerPreview resolved this for me.
