In Chinese, The content in parentheses is not displayed.
The part in brackets isn't added if the category name is included in the page name. I'm guessing that's happening here?
E.g. In English, a favorite for Toolbars / Folder Toolbars will just show Folder Toolbars as its name, not Folder Toolbars (Toolbars).
The bit in brackets is only there to help tell items apart, e.g. if you favorite several of the Options pages in different categories. It's not really needed in a lot of cases, although the test/rules for when it gets omitted are on the more simple side and could omit it in more situations. (Better to include it when it isn't needed than omit it when it is, though.)
