Preferences dialog box language

A minor issue. It seems that the "Preferences" dialog box use the language of the Windows localization (French-Canadian, in my case), not the language selected in DOpus (English). I'm running on a French Windows but prefer to use Opus in English. With v12, before the upgrade, both main window and Preferences window were displayed in English.

Also, maybe this is because localization has not been implemented yet but changing language in Preferences has no effect at all.

It should use the language chosen in Preferences, and works here at least. (Default will match Windows, if Opus has the same language, but can be changed.)

You need to select the language and then click Change Language (or double-click the language) for it to change. (Just selecting it isn't enough.)

Oh. Sorry I did not notice this button. User or usability issue? Was it like that in v12? Maybe having these buttons closer to the OK/Apply buttons would help. Anyway, changing the language to French worked. And switching back to English also worked for both the Prefs and main windows.

So the language confusion for the Prefs dialog box was only present after the upgrade.

Thanks Leo. And congrats again for the major upgrade.

It was similar in 12 but the button was in a different place. Main thing we try to avoid is people accidentally changing languages just because they clicked around in the list!

Maybe we could highlight the button in some way.
