Whilst executing a script if I find that a configurable option contains an invalid value or needs attention for whatever reason it would be handy to immediately open the configuration for that script from within the script code. I can currently execute Prefs PAGE=scripts to take me to the full list of script configs but I can't directly open the one I am interested in. Could something along the lines of the subject line example be considered?

I like this idea. Something like Prefs PAGE=scripts:myscript.js to open the config for myscript.js.
Edit: Just realised you had suggested the same way of doing it in the title of your post.
