In my listers I have three columns: filename, size and date modified. Their widths are set to Fill, Auto and Auto.
When searchresults are shown in a lister, the column Location is added and squeezes the filename column, often making it so small the filename is no longer visible.
How can I have the filename column then set to auto for instance?
Hover over the format lock in the status bar (don't click it) and information on where the current format comes from will appear. That tells you which format(s) you need to check/edit in Preferences / Folders / Folder Formats.
It's probably the Collections format.
(That said, your screenshot looks like Flat View, not search or find results.)
