Previewing docx files creates error

Kello:

I can preview pdf files, but not docx files (error: This Microsoft Office document could not be displayed.

In MetaPlugin (Preview\Office\Web\ActiveX\Configureation), Microsoft Word is checked. I unchecked, saved, closed viewer, opened viewer, checked Microsoft Word, saved, but same error.

What could be wrong?

Does it work in File Explorer's viewer?

If not, the problem is with the MS Word installation. Try repairing it.
