Print/export folder listing producing corrupt output

I'm using version 12.6 64 bit. Printing folder listings to a physical printer is working normally, but printing the same folder(s) to .docx or to .pdf produces corrupted files. This used to work normally and I'm not sure what the cause might be. Any ideas?

How are you printing to docx or PDF? I don't believe this is native DOpus functionality but rather a windows print driver that is doing the output for you. Can you use windows to print a test page to those printer drivers?

I just tried in Windows 10 printing to Microsoft Print to PDF. The output file was not corrupted, and I was able to open it and see the folder listing. It didn't look great and the edge was cropped but I didn't bother to play with the settings.

I was choosing Adobe PDF rather than Microsoft Print to PDF. I tried the latter and it worked normally. Also when exporting to file for some reason the filename was list.docx but the file type was txt, so that was confusing Dopus and once I removed the .docx suffix and chose .txt it worked normally.

Your reply helped me solve both issues. Thanks!
