Progress indicators using CPU

Hi,

i've got a small problem about Progress Indicators.
Of course, i love them, but as i am copying a large amount of data these days, i have found that they were eating a large amount of CPU when working on small files (mp3 for example)..

The fact the "Copied" and 'Remaining" numbers are refreshing fast and always changing seems to stress the cpu.

Is there an option (advanced or normal) to limit this behaviour by saying for example to refresh minimum every MB or by steps of 10%.. That may let the CPU run slower

I hope you understand my problem

Thanks
fred

This is not necessarily the fault of the progress bars, since Opus most likely uses standard Windows-APIs to view the progress bars.

Maybe it also depends on the stuff you copy. Please have a look in this thread:

[Crash, exit or high CPU when viewing certain directories)

Thanks for the link
But for my problem, if i desactivate "Show progress bar speed timers when copying from or to" it uses almost no cpu .. so i think it's really the speed of refresh of the nice progress indicators window that causes high cpu
