Is there a option somewhere to have file operations like copy and move enter a que instead of executing right away if there is allready another operation like it running?
Search for "copy queue" and you'll find several threads about it.
There's no copy queue in Opus at the moment but the idea is on GPSoftware's list of requests.
For the time being you can use Teracopy within Opus to get copy queues.
