Quick Access does not work

I want QuickAccess to show on my folder tree to the left of the screen. I got it so show but I am not able to enter any folders or files under Quick Access. I have been using Quick Access for years and suddenly it does not work for me. I am running the latest version.

I don't think you can add files to Quick Access, but adding folders works here (Win 10, latest DOpus beta)

Do you see "Pin to Quick Access" in the context menu when you right-click on the folder you want to add to Quick Access?

If not, try holding down shift while right-clicking on the folder. This should bring up the Windows context menu that includes "Pin to Quick Access".

I see the Pin to Quick Access, i click on Pin to.... but nothing seems to happen

It can take a few seconds for the tree to update after things are added to Quick Access.

Are you able to add folders to Quick Access in File Explorer?

What happens if you click on Quick Access to make it the active folder; are the pinned folders then visible in the main file display?

Interesting, I went to another folder and clicked on Pin On Quick Access and suddenly all of the folders that I wanted appeared. I then clicked on Unpin on quick access and all of the Quick access folders disappeared. on one of the folder. I did the same thing again and all of the folders that I wanted appeared. I clicked on another of the Quick Access folders and they all disapeared.

That's interesting but doesn't answer my questions.
