The problem appears to be caused by this DLL, part of Express Zip:
alas i have a new problem
after the last issue went and had some eats, came back and rebooted the pc and dopus shows guess wot... NO QUICK ACCESS
checked google but no success
checked dopus help support but ns
can you please make suggestions
this is really frustrating as i use QA a lot
also if you view the attached file, (quick access disappeared (wsid) This PC-2023-05-06-.jpg) you will see
documents, pictures, music folders in the main files window are duplicated. im not sure if this is related to the QA issue. if it is one solution may rectify both issues. if it is not ill post a new separate help me after we/ well you 
solve the QA issue.
