I download and use tweaking.com windows repair where were malware-repair profile, and it fix registry and permissions of files etc. but no good 
Dunno what to do, maybe just use crippled version.
I have no knowledge of that particular tool, but I would stop expecting that kind of tool to magically fix things and not run even more of them thinking they will help; they probably won't. They are more likely to break things and if you run a lot of them regularly then who knows what they have changed on the machine. They could be the reason things are not working, and may have removed or unregistered a component involved in the search functionality.
A lot of the repair and troubleshooting sites on the web are actually sources of malware as well. Be careful with them, especially if you've already had malware from somewhere. (Not all are bad. Some sites are great. But there are a lot of bad sites in the search results for this kind of thing, tricking people into downloading malware that says it will fix something.)
If things were working before you ran CCleaner etc., please ask them for support and how to undo whatever they did. Presumably their tool keeps a log of its actions in case they break something and need to be undone which they can use to help you.
Yes, those what i used is fine. Its easy if I know wich program did it. I figure that out few days later.
Maybe its time to annual ReInstalling all 
I make extensive use of Windows search, and when it is good it is very good indeed. However, it does seem to enjoy a somewhat rocky relationship with Windows Update. I have lost count of the times when, after an update, Windows Search throws a hissy fit.
Most of the time it is fixed by simply deleting the indices and then re-indexing, but it has got so screwed up on a couple of occasions that a fresh install of Windows 10 was the only way out.
With a major e-working of Windows 10 search rumoured to be on the way, we will have to see how the beast behaves in the reliability stakes
