RapidCRC Unicode (Inter-process communication failed)

I use RapidCRC Unicode and sometimes I get an error window.

Inter-process communication failed: Could not open pipe

I do from the context menu.

I do not know which program is to blame for Directory Opus or RapidCRC Unicode.

That's unlikely to be coming from Opus as we don't use pipes to do IPC when launching things in context menus.

Do you get the same error if you run it enough times in the same way via File Explorer?

I have not tried Windows Explorer.
This error rarely appears once or twice a month.
To check this, then you need to use a month without Directory Opus, which is inconvenient.
I also wrote to the author of RapidCRC Unicode
there was no this error before, it appeared only in RapidCRC Unicode 0.3.31
