I've been trying to pay via PayPal for 2 hours and I keep getting the same error.I've already tried using Vivaldi and Microsoft Edge on my PC, and Vivaldi and Chrome on my phone. I've disabled all browser security, tried changing the DNS, checked if any background apps were causing this, and tried switching to my 2.5G connection.
The only time I succeeded was when I first tried Chrome on my phone. But I had problems with PayPal and had to restart the page.
After researching, I saw that this isn't the first time this has happened... I'm not a developer, but it's a huge error to have on the site, especially considering that the other payment option only accepts AUD. Of course, it could be a problem on my end, but I think it's unlikely.
Sorry if my English is bad, I'm not a native speaker.

Another question. I've never made cross-border payments. Would it be possible for you to process payments by card, but in BRL?
Okay, that problem was solved. But now I'm facing another problem. I had problems using my cards through PayPal, so I gave up on using it. Now I opened a special account at my bank that allows me to buy and use USD. This special account still has the Mastercard logo and also has the currency conversion system.
So I tried to add the card to your website, however, it keeps giving me this annoying error:
Payment Gateway Error (J1012)
Then I contacted my bank's support, and they said everything was fine, that the purchase should go through without problems. I deposited 90 USD, which should be enough for 109 AUD.
Note: I saw Jon's message, so I already know that Visa/Mastercard cards accept cross-border purchases without any problems.
I didn't continue via email because that's a different kind of problem, but if you want I can take it back. And also, thank you for resolving the previous issue. I shouldn't have projected it onto you, sorry, now I realize how difficult it must be to respond to so many support requests.
After several attempts, using various browsers and modifying settings, I momentarily got lucky--I thought. Received a ping from the credit union to verify it was not spam and then it seemed to go through... until it didn't and the ReCAPTCHA (J1007) killed the finalization of the process.
