Recent files shown when i right click on app icon in application bar

Hi, i'll start by saying in advance that english is not my native language, so sorry if anything sounds strange.

The thing i would like to "fix" as shown in the screen below:

I have in my setting, recently set the recent history to remember 20 folders, and the recent list to off, this because i need to go back to previous folders a lot, but i don't want the recent files to be shown when i right click on the icon. Is there a way to "fix" this?

I hope i was clear enough, again sorry for my english.

You can control what's shown there via Preferences / Favorites and Recent / Jump List.

I've set everything off, but still the recent files are shown...

Could you show us a screenshot of the settings, and what the menu looks like now?

Sure.
Here is the screen of the jump list settings and how it looks:

While here is a screen of the Recent list and history:

Strange; when I do the same, I get a blank menu, aside from the things Windows adds itself:

If you turn on the commands at the bottom of the settings list, does that make a difference? It's possible Windows (or something) is adding the folders when the menu is empty, or not full enough. I've never seen Windows do that with Opus before though.

If i turn on the commands it does the same thing

Does toggling the bottom option, for recent items, in Windows Settings > Start make a difference?
