RecentX and DO

I use a program called RecentX (By COnceptWorld). They had a blog the other day on how to sync it with DO (link below), and now that I've done so (settings in DO ) I'd like to backup them up.

Will they be included when I back up my config? If now, what we I need to do to back them up?
