Rename - insert spaces in between capital letters

I often get files such as DeploymentScheduleOmega.xls and I'd like to insert spaces before the capitals so that it's renamed to Deployment Schedule Omega.xls. Any ideas how to accomplish that?

There are a couple of ways to do it here:

How can camel case words be renamed into ones with a blank? ThisIsAnExample -> This Is An Example So the state of the capitalized word beginnings should be maintained.

It may be worth adapting them slightly to ignore the file extension, unless you know it's always going to be lowercase.
