Rename sub-child files to parent folder name

Hi First post here and I hope i get this right, and yes I have search for a rename script, to do what I want. Hopefully you masters over here can help me out.
I will try to clear.
My Example: my hard drive stricture, for my movie trailer downloads looks like something like this
Sample:
Drive structure
m:\local only\download\movies\divx\movie 1\what-ever movie-name 1.divx
m:\local only\download\movies\divx\movie 2\what-ever movie-name 2.divx
m:\local only\download\movies\divx\movie 3\what-ever movie-name 3.divx
m:\local only\download\movies\divx\movie 4\what-ever movie-name 4.divx
m:\local only\download\movies\divx\movie 5\what-ever movie-name 5.divx
m:\local only\download\movies\divx\movie 6\what-ever movie-name 6.divx

OK, now, change to directory to movies folder (ie) m:\local only\download\movies\divx
In Dopus Explorer mode: right side of tree I see "movie 1 folders" but not the files. "All 6 folder" ie "movie 1" folder" "movie 2" folder, "movie 3" folder "movie 5" folder "movie 6" folder

Now, I am looking for a automated script that can auto rename the "child files" ie "what-ever movie 1.divx," "what-ever movie 2.divx," "what-ever movie 3.divx," "what-ever movie 4.divx," "what-ever movie 5.divx," "what-ever movie 6.divx." To use Parents folder name. ie so rename sub files to take name of parent.

\movie 1\movie 1.divx and \movie 2\movie 2.divx , \movie 3\movie 3.divx and so for.

Hopefully I was clear in my request for this kind of script .

Try this:

Rename FILEINFO "{filepath}\*.*" TO "{parent}.{ext}"

To make it also work if your folders contains more than one file it's useful to add "AUTORENAME ".
So the command looks like this:

Rename FILEINFO "{filepath}\*.*" TO "{parent}.{ext}" AUTORENAME

Sorry .. but this does not work... Nice try thou. In short what I was looking for is Folder Name = File Name - minus file extension.
So example : Adjust Folder names to reflect my TV recording Original names of files.
Edited Folder_Name to Reflect unedited File_Name
Current:
Edited Folder_Name................................../unedited_File_Name
HGC - Study of Man - S01 E01 - Pilot - HD = NGC.Study.of.Man.1x01.Pilot.HD.mkv
HGC - Study of Man - S01 E02 - Crawling - HD = NGC.Study.of.Man.1x2.Crawling.HD.mkv
HGC - Study of Man - S01 E03 - Walking - HD = NGC.Study.of.Man.1x03.Walking.HD.mkv

File extensions are never look at, but the end results is :
The final results would be like this.

HGC - Study of Man - S01 E04 - Jogging - HD/HGC - Study of Man - S01 E04 - Jogging - HD.mkv
HGC - Study of Man - S01 E05 - Running - HD/HGC - Study of Man - S01 E05 - Running - HD

My Media Center is quite large and I am trying to clean it up.
If not a script perhaps a button to process the Folder_Name/New_File_Name.

That's exactly what the button kundal provided will do, as far as I can tell.

I just tested it myself by making these two files (using your examples):

C:\test\HGC - Study of Man - S01 E01 - Pilot - HD\NGC.Study.of.Man.1x01.Pilot.HD.mkv
C:\test\HGC - Study of Man - S01 E02 - Crawling - HD\NGC.Study.of.Man.1x2.Crawling.HD.mkv

I then went to the test folder, selected the two folders below it (HGC - Study of Man - S01 E01 - Pilot - HD and HGC - Study of Man - S01 E02 - Crawling - HD) and clicked the button. The result was:

C:\test\HGC - Study of Man - S01 E01 - Pilot - HD\HGC - Study of Man - S01 E01 - Pilot - HD.mkv
C:\test\HGC - Study of Man - S01 E02 - Crawling - HD\HGC - Study of Man - S01 E02 - Crawling - HD.mkv
