That's an enormous screenshot of everything looking normal in Windows Explorer, which doesn't show us the problem or what's happening in Opus.
From your previous post about this in another thread, I remember you said you are seeing the WinRAR icon for the same files in Opus? I assume that is still the problem.
I said in that thread:
My guess is the Google Drive shell extension is causing the wrong icons to be returned. It appears to be full of bugs like this. Updating it may help.
Have you updated Google Drive and rebooted?

I don't understand your means for updated Google Drive.
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the Google Drive software.
