I am using wildcards to show labels for different file types. But if i want to have new files highlighted
by a label (say, yellow marker style), i can´t, as long they are already (permanently) wildcarded by another label (like, exe files are red).
So i would suggest a "priority" option for labels, which will override the common wildcard labels. It could be maybe a checkbox
option inside the filter mask.
I vote for this feature too, I found several situations where I needed it.
+1 for this one as well.
Imho a sensible implementation would be not to use checkboxes, but instead make the label list an ordered one - and add the ability to reorder using up/down buttons, similar to the ms excel conditional formatting options. This way labels at the top would always override the the ones below.
Some kind of priority system definitely makes sense. We'll add it to the list.
