Hi there!
I have a docked horizontal toolbar on the top of the screen, and I have multiple menus with items within them (I felt nostalgic of my amiga days!).
When hovering with my mouse e.g. from left to right on the menu bar, I would like the menus to unfold automatically, just as they do on the non-floating toolbars within a dopus lister. Now I have to click on each menu to get it to show its items.
Could this be done? please please please??

I think there's a reason floating toolbars don't track the mouse at the top level, but I've made a note to have another look at it when I get a moment.
oh, I see.. I thought this whole "stopping at each menu entry" thing was just a fashion, I'm seeing it more and more these days (and I hate it!)

Sorry to be bringing this up again, was there ever a conclusion about it? is it a windows-related thing that sliding is not allowed?
