New user here. My default lister has 12 tabs of my most frequently used folders. After visiting different folders and navigating to parent/child folders, the shown tabs no longer resemble the default lister tabs. Is there a way to do a "reset" to the default lister tabs with just a "single click", like a button, icon, or even a keyboard shortcut. At the moment, I have to close Opus altogether and then relaunch. It may sound trivial, but after awhile, it becomes annoying. Thanks in advance.
If the tabs were saved in a tab group or layout then you could load them into the current lister. But then you'd need to manage that separately to the Default Lister, which would be a pain.
The best thing to do might be a button or hotkey which automatically closes the current window and opens a new one:
Go NEW
Close
That will reset everything in a single click.
Depending on your Default Lister preferences, the window may re-open in a different size or position to the current one. If so, and if that bothers you, a slightly more complex command could ensure the new window matches the current window's coordinates. Let me know if you need that.
You could use a button for a fresh Lister
Go NEW
Close
or
put the twelve tabs in a tabgroup and open it
or
use this setting
Thank you so much for the very quick replies. Will try the various options.
