Reuse a lister

Once I read and article which explained how to make Opus use the same lister
when win+E shortcuts are pressed (instead of opening a new lister)

As far as I remember, it explained how to create a new win+E Key (in customize opus window)
and set a function to it to reuse the currently open lister.

Does anybody where can I find this help article?
