when I right click a file or folder the context menu is often popping up twice - what's the cause of this and how can I sort it?

I've never heard of that happening before. Is this in normal folders of system folders like Desktop and Computer?
Does the same happen in Explorer?
Does the same happen if you right-click other parts of Opus that bring up context menus? e.g. A blank part of a toolbar, or the tray icon?
Is your mouse's right button set to anything unusual?
