Right click context menu takes a long time to open in directory opus 13

When I right-click on a file, the context menu takes at least 15-25 seconds to open, while it opens instantly in explorer. Please check
I am using windows 11 23h2, directory opus 13.5

I can also upload a video if required

The usual culprit is a shell extension. You can disable them all in DOpus and re-enable them one at a time until you find what is slowing down that menu.

There are too many options. Is there a simpler way?

Just go to Context menu, click the first in the list, hold shift and click the last. Click block. Then Apply.

If the menu now opens properly, you can start enabling them all one at a time. If it doesn't, just enable them all again with the shift click and Allow.

Spent an hour. Leo's CLSID method did not work. xraale's method worked. The culprit was MicrosoftWindows.CrossDevice_1.24042.38.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy

I'm glad you found the issue. While shell extensions are a powerful feature in Windows Explorer, they are really prone to stability issues and have been a for a long time.

In Leo's defence it must be really tiring to have the same reports for a decade, though the FAQ is a bit out of date to be sure. The DOpus 13 shell extension facility is really powerful but I agree it's a bit clunky and hard to understand.

While the problem showed up in DOpus, it was almost certainly doing nasty stuff outside it. This particular extension is known to cause problems. You can also use Nirsoft's ShellExView to permanently disable any buggy extensions.

What do you mean with "click block"?

There is a button above the list labelled “Block”.
