When I right-click on a file, the context menu takes at least 15-25 seconds to open, while it opens instantly in explorer. Please check I am using windows 11 23h2, directory opus 13.5

Just go to Context menu, click the first in the list, hold shift and click the last. Click block. Then Apply. If the menu now opens properly, you can start enabling them all one at a time. If it doesn't, just enable them all again with the shift click and Allow.
