Right click menu "Send To" missing MTP device when connecting my phone to PC

I use usb data line to connect my mobile phone to my computer,
in Explorer , the menu [Send To] shows the MTP device as below.

but in DOpus, we cannot see it in [Send To]

Holding Shift when opening the menu may reveal more items, although there's o guarantee the two menus will contain exactly the same shortcuts in both programs.

When Holding Shift, it still cannot be seen.
