Right click to find normal context menu when too many files

My wife started using DOpus the other day and wanted to move some files from one folder to another. She copied them, and went to the destination folder and right clicked somewhere (details view), and there was no paste menu because there's no white space anywhere on that view but just files. We know, she can use ctrl+v, but she asked me how to paste in that case without ctrl+v. I said you can right click on the folder name on the file path at the top and paste appears there, or drag and drop them via the tabs.

Is there a way to paste using right click context menu when there are too many files? In Explorer, there's always white space somewhere but when there are too many columns in DOpus, not easy to find anywhere to right click without it being on a file/folder.

On my setup (nothing particular done for that), I always have a little space before the icon on the name column (when in details view, which seems to be the case since you mention many columns). It can be right-clicked.
Other possibility: remove unncessary columns and make that your default.

For most operations name, size and date is sufficient. Add columns when needed.

You can right click on the status bar.

There's also a Paste command in the Edit menu.

Thanks guys. I figured out the status bar one a few minutes ago. And, nice to know about the Edit menu (didn't even check there). Okay so lots of methods, thank you!

I found a few other whitespace areas after this. They're small but there.

Increase or decrease the width to get more or less space before the file name in order to right click in it.

Thanks. I have mine set to 4 already. I do have a tiny bit of space there too
