I used to be able to install multiple fonts by selected them, right-click and install as in Windows Explorer. I can no longer do that in Dopus 11.6 x64. Selecting a single font and right-clicking it will pop up a menu with install. Selecting multiple fonts will not.
Make sure all the files you're selecting have the same extensions. If some other files are getting mixed in, menu items which are specific to the types will not be included.
If I select multiple .TTF files and right-click (or shift+right-click in my case, as I have Windows context menu items hidden by default to reduce menu clutter), the Install option still appears.
Thanks for the info. Hopefully multiple selected font types will have the option to install in the future.
You can use the Copy INSTALLFONT command on a button, if you like.
In Directory Opus 13.13, right-clicking and installing a font show this error:
An error occurred copying 'font.tff': The system cannot find the path specified. (3)
Works fine here, at least with the .ttf file I have tested with.
Try with other fonts in case it's specific to that .ttf file.
Also make sure going to /fonts
in Opus works, in case it can't find the fonts folder for some reason.
If the font is below a very long path (more than ~250 characters total), move it to a shorter path. (Parts of Windows still don't work with very long paths.)
