Right Mouse Click Menu get always a Error!

hello and greetings,

i hope for any help here. always i want to use the right click mouse menu i get a error.

do_error_right_%20mouse_click_menu

in all other filemanagers, etc. the right click mouse menu work without any error.
only directory opus get this error !

Directory Opus Version 12.14 x64
Windows 10 Pro 1809 x64

please help me out and save my money. i never can use directory opus in all the time ago,
because that error.

Right-click errors are almost always caused by shell extensions something else has installed.
