Twice now, I've clicked the 'Run Job Immediately' button thinking it's some sort of 'expand' button:

Yes, the hover tooltip explains it, but I believe that a more clear icon would be helpful, maybe putting it in a circle?
or a ff button, since you're kind of 'fast forwarding' the queue by running the job immediately:
