Is it possible to run Opus 11 under a network admin account to gain access to network files?

You can connect to network drives using any credentials you want. (That isn't specific to Opus, just a normal Windows feature.)
If you log in to the machine as a network admin account then Opus (like any other software) will run under that account and that account will be the default credentials when connecting to network drives, which can make things a bit easier, but it's not required.
