What should I do so that the position & proportions of the DO opened stay the same the next time I will start my PC please ?

Layouts are good if you want to create a special window, different from the one you use all the time.
But if this is about your everyday windows, then turning on Preferences / Launching Opus / Default Lister / Always in the same position may be a better choice.
The default lister usually updates its saved position whenever you close a window, but you can turn that off in the same place, and then use Settings > Set as Default Lister when you want to explicitly save a new position. (This also saves which tabs are open, and so on.)
