I really like the new favorites bar, is it possible to save the status of multiple tabs in this bar?
Not in the same way via drag & drop, but you could add buttons to that toolbar (or any other toolbar/menu) which list your Folder Tab Groups for a similar result.
(Another option is creating individual buttons that use commands to open multiple tabs, but Folder Tab Groups will generally be easier to manage, unless you need to do something more esoteric on top of opening the tabs/folders.)
