Save rename preset based on an existing preset name failed

I want to duplicate rename preset :

1. Activate rename preset to duplicate (eg : Toto)
2. Choose save as to create copy
3. Select preset in drop down list to use an existing preset name (eg : Tata)
4. Change name (eg: add digit so Tata1 or change full name) and click ok
5. Alert is display to confirm preset replacement of Tata
