Scaled font in german dialogue

In some dialogues the "skip"-button is to small for the german "überspringen", so font is smaller and does not look good. Unfortunately there is no shorter translation possible, but there would be enough space for a larger button.

Note: I already posted that at H&P, but the said they can not change the width of the button.

If the dialog boxes were about one third of size larger, they could align to the text
along the green downwards arrow. That would be just enough to make all labels fit in.

Those buttons are in the dialog resource (ID 156) so they can resize them if they want.

I've adjusted the buttons sizes for next Opus 11 beta release.
