Hi .. I've been with Directory Opus for several years, I've bought a new laptop and am scrapping the old one, can i register using my existing registration details ?/

Hi Leo .. A real pain, I have Directory Opus Light V12.33x64 on my new Win 11 laptop, just trying to get it set up and working before the old one gets trashed, my Reg Code is ..... but despite several attempts I cannot update the the registration on the new machine, please help, I'm 77 years of age and can do without the frustration... What happens when you try to use the registration in the program?
