Is there a screen capture plugin for Opus? (after all it does everything else that boosts my productivity).

No, but there are countless screen capturing tools on the web. Windows´ own, at least from Vista upwards, isn´t so bad either.
In a way, there is a built-in one. If you PrtScrn or Alt-PrtScrn to put the screen or a window into the clipboard, you can then Ctrl-V in Opus to paste it into an image file.
(The image format can be changed via Prefs, and you can also make Opus prompt for a filename and image format each time if you want.)
